14 days to change your mind

For any watch from the collection you can cancel within 14 days of the day after it is delivered to you, or to someone you nominated, for any reason.

• Tell us by email at slaidburnwatches@gmail.com, with your name and the watch you bought, or send the form below.
• Send the watch back within 14 days of telling us, with its strap, packaging and gift box if you had one. We will send you the return address.
• Return postage is paid by you. Please use a tracked and insured service: the watch is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Your refund

We refund the full price you paid, including delivery, within 14 days of receiving the watch back, or of you showing us you have sent it if that is sooner. The refund goes back to the way you paid.

Please handle the watch as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn, marked or with its strap resized, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Custom commissions

You can cancel a custom commission for a full refund at any time before you approve your final design. Once it is approved and we begin making it, it is made to your specification and the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. If anything is wrong with it, your legal rights and our Lifetime Guarantee still apply.

Gifts

If the watch was a gift, the person who bought it can return it in the same way, and the refund goes to their original payment method.

If something is wrong with your watch

If your watch is faulty or not as described, email slaidburnwatches@gmail.com and we will pay for the return. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it. This is your legal right, on top of our Lifetime Guarantee.
